Located in Chandler-Arizona, I offer makeup services around Phoenix metro area (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Glendale, Avondale, Peoria) but also throughout Arizona.

My name is Diana Anghelus, founder of Makeup By Diana.
Originally from Romania, I moved to the United States in 2005 and since then I have been involved in the beauty industry. I have worked for multiple high end cosmetic brands ( MAC, Lancome, Dior, Guerlain, Estee Lauder, Origins, Prescriptives) until 2019, when I decided it was the right time for me to say Good Bye to the Retail world so that I could offer first class makeup services to my clients, with focus on weddings.

 

I love diversity and I am very passionate about working with women from different parts of the world, as well as different skin tones and ages.

For the Bride who wants a stress-free wedding day look
Wedding Day Makeup (Bride only)
Non-Saturday: $250
Saturday: $350 (Premium Solo Bride rate – reserves the day for you)
Optional Bridal Trial: $125 when booked with this package ($150 if booked separately)
•Touch-up kit for the bride
•Lashes included for each service, unless the person wears lash extensions or declines them
•Airbrush makeup available for an additional $25 upon request
•Flower girls: FREE when booked with bride’s makeup

BEAUTIFULLY REPRESENTED

For the bride and her VIPs – perfect for smaller wedding parties
Bride: $250
Up to 3 additional people: $130 each
Bridal Trial: $125 when booked with this package ($150 if booked separately)
Example Total: Bride + 2 (with trial) = $635

THE CELEBRATION

For the bride who wants to share the glam with her closest loved ones
Bride: $250
4 or more additional people: $120 each
Bridal Trial: $125 when booked with this package ($150 if booked separately)

Saturday Minimum Policy
A minimum of 5 booked makeup services is required to reserve a Saturday. If fewer than 5 are booked, the Premium Solo Bride rate ($350) applies.

Travel Policy
Beauty Without Borders Fee
Makeup By Diana believes every woman should feel beautifully represented, no matter where her celebration takes place. For weddings and events outside Phoenix, this fee covers travel time, mileage, and setup for a smooth, stress-free experience.
$30 – Florence, Casa Grande, Anthem, Buckeye, Superior
$150 – Sedona, Tucson, Payson, Prescott
$200 – Flagstaff, Show Low, Pinetop
Custom quotes available for other destinations

Overnight Accommodations
In certain situations, such as extremely early start times, remote destinations, or multi-day bookings, overnight accommodations may be necessary. The client covers this cost and will be discussed during the booking process.
Long-Distance Booking Minimum
For any location 1.5 hours or more away from Phoenix, a minimum of 5 booked services is required.

Additional Fees
Early Start (Before 7 AM / Sunrise): $50 flat fee
Parking & Valet Fees
If a venue charges for parking or valet, the cost is covered by the client.
Tattoo or Bruise Coverage: Additional fee based on size and complexity
Assistant Artist Fee: Applies when the event timeline requires additional artists to ensure services are completed without rushing
Touch-Up Services: Available at a rate of $75/hour – ideal for mid-event refresh before reception photos or after an outfit change.

NON-BRIDAL MAKEUP

Event & Special Occasion Makeup – $150
Perfect for: mothers of the bride or groom, wedding guests, galas, formal events, proms, graduations, Sweet 16 celebrations, and holiday parties.

Photoshoot Makeup – $150
Perfect for: birthdays, engagement photos, maternity portraits, family portraits, business headshots, branding sessions, social media shoots.

Quinceañera Makeup – $250
Quinceañera makeup is treated with the same level of artistry, customization, and attention to detail as bridal makeup. This ensures a personalized look that lasts all day and photographs beautifully.

Boudoir Makeup – $175
Flawless, confidence-boosting makeup for intimate photography sessions.

One-on-One Makeup Lesson – $200

Answers to some common questions

Do I come to you or you come to me for the makeup?
All the makeup services are on-location, the appointments are taking place at your home or at the venue. There is no need for you to drive and spend time in traffic especially on your big day.

Why do I need a trial for my wedding and are trials free?
Trials are not free, although they are offered at a discounted rate. I highly recommend booking your bridal trial before as it is going to take away a lot of stress from the wedding day. Not only it will be a great preview of the bridal look, but it will also be a good time to see if you are allergic to any products.

What should I expect at the trial?
Trials are taking place in the comfort of your home, an average of 2 hours are expected to be spent to finalize the look. At the time of our appointment, I will ask you many questions and together we are going to determine the look that will fit you the best, based on your personality, skin concerns, makeup routine, color scheme etc. At the end, I am going to record all the colors that were used and I will take pictures of the look.

Why does bridal makeup cost more?
Bridal makeup is exclusive, it is focused on more details and requires more attention. Remember, you are the person photographed the most.

I only want soft and natural makeup, will I get a discounted price?
It does not matter if makeup is dramatic or soft, it requires the same amount of skills and products.

What do I need to book Makeup By Diana?
To create the booking and reserve the date, a Contract/Working Agreement is going to be signed, as well as a Retainer Fee is going to be required. The Retainer Fee is going to be deducted from the total due on the wedding day.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Card, Cash, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal are the only method of payments. Sorry, no checks are accepted.
